Bithiah Carter – President & CEO
Bithiah is passionate about philanthropy and leveraging community assets to improve education, workforce, and economic opportunities for Black and Brown-led organizations. Her experience bridges Wall Street finance and nonprofit leadership, having previously served as Executive Director of Grand Circle Foundation and in senior roles at United Way and the Girls' Coalition of Greater Boston. Carter also contributes her expertise to several nonprofit boards, both locally and nationally, driving forward the 21st-century mindset in community development.
Reginauld Williams – Senior Advisor
Reginauld (Reggie) brings deep expertise in program research, strategic communications, and growth marketing to amplify GBA’s efforts to support Black and Brown-led organizations. As an entrepreneur and strategist, Reggie is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to support small businesses, improve local economies, and ensure their long-term stability. Reggie holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Tufts University where he’s served as a faculty advisor in innovation and entrepreneurship. In his commitment to philanthropy in service, Reggie is committed to leveraging his expertise to drive impactful change and foster sustainable growth in the communities he serves.
Aliyah Wright – Program Manager
Aliyah is leading the development, implementation, and growth of GBA’s programs, and works to ensure funding partners in making informed grant-making. She began her journey with the organization as an administrative assistant, where her dedication and leadership skills propelled her into her current role. In addition to her work at GBA, Aliyah is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Balancing her academic and professional pursuits, she is passionate about creating meaningful change through advocacy and empowerment.
